The mission of the Endometriosis Research and Advocacy Alliance (ERAA) is to raise awareness, advance understanding, and promote advocacy surrounding endometriosis and related gynecological conditions. The organization is dedicated to empowering students, supporting individuals affected by endometriosis, and fostering a compassionate community that uplifts those impacted by chronic reproductive health conditions.

ERAA aims to go beyond awareness by promoting and participating in research focused on discovering more effective treatments and, ultimately, a cure. The organization encourages student involvement in scientific inquiry, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and advocacy for increased research funding. Through education, outreach, and innovation, ERAA seeks to inspire lasting change in how endometriosis is studied, understood, and treated, aligning with Seattle University’s commitment to compassion, inclusion, and social justice.

Mission
The mission of our charter organization: Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA), is to provide support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias nationwide, and fund research for better treatment and a cure. 

Our aim as a student club is to live up to the goals and standards of the AFA to the best of our ability, particularly focusing on awareness, volunteering, and fundraising. We will also strive to provide club members with education on Alzheimer’s, leadership experience/opportunity, and a welcoming community. This is in addition to abiding by the standards and expectations set for clubs by Seattle University, the AFA on Campus (via the On Campus Handbook), and the AFA Youth Coordinator.

Mission
The mission of Students for Reproductive Justice (SRJ) is to advocate for sexual wellness, bodily autonomy, and the dissemination of the latest evidence and best practices in birth control. We strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all students at the College of Nursing and the entire student body. Furthermore, SRJ seeks to address the reality that, across the United States, pregnant people of color face significantly higher mortality rates due to unequal access to proper reproductive healthcare. Finally, we believe that, as nurses and future nurses, it is our duty to educate ourselves, our communities, and our patients about comprehensive sex education, family planning, and reproductive health services.
